Welcome to the Nuva Bio Labs LLC Affiliate Program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to the following Affiliate Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to participate in the Nuva Bio Labs LLC Affiliate Program.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

Affiliate Account

Affiliates are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including payment details and contact information.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your affiliate account.

Referral Links & Discount Codes

Approved affiliates may receive a unique referral link, promotional code, or both.

Only sales tracked through your assigned referral link or approved discount code will qualify for commission.

Referral links and discount codes may not be modified or misrepresented.

Commissions

Commission rates will be determined by Nuva Bio Labs LLC and may vary depending on promotions, products, or affiliate agreements.

Commissions are earned only on completed and eligible purchases.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent will not qualify for commission.

Payment Schedule

Approved commissions will be paid according to the payment schedule established by Nuva Bio Labs LLC.

Payment methods and minimum payout thresholds may be updated at any time.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent Nuva Bio Labs LLC or its products.
• Make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims.
• Advertise using spam, unsolicited emails, or unauthorized messaging.
• Bid on Nuva Bio Labs LLC trademarks in paid advertising without written permission.
• Use deceptive, illegal, or unethical marketing practices.
• Promote products in violation of applicable laws or platform policies.

Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for complying with all applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws, including FTC endorsement guidelines where applicable.

Any required sponsorship or affiliate disclosures must be clearly displayed.

Intellectual Property

Nuva Bio Labs LLC grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials provided through the affiliate program.

Affiliates may not modify logos, trademarks, or branding without prior written approval.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or any activity that may harm the reputation of Nuva Bio Labs LLC.

Any unpaid commissions associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited.

Limitation of Liability

Nuva Bio Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.

We do not guarantee any level of earnings or sales performance.

Changes to the Affiliate Program

Nuva Bio Labs LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program or these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
