Research Products

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Products sold by Nuva Bio Labs LLC are intended for research purposes only, and we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost Shipments

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:

• Incorrect product received
• Product damaged during shipping
• Order cancelled before shipment
• Duplicate payment or billing error

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Products that have been opened or used
• Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Change of mind after an order has shipped
• Products purchased for purposes other than their intended research use

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
